Battery health cannot be worked out

Expected, nothing to fix

The battery is present, but its firmware does not report its capacity, so health cannot be calculated.

Why this happens

Battery health is the charge a full battery holds compared with what it was designed to hold, and both figures come from the battery itself. Some batteries report neither.
