Control
Your seats
A Control key has three seats, and each machine that activates it holds one. Here you can free a seat held by a machine you no longer use.
A machine that still runs Aikonic activates again by itself at its next check-in if a seat is free, so release only a machine you no longer use.
Good to know
- Releasing a seat here is the same as choosing Deactivate in Aikonic on that machine. Your new machine can take the seat straight away; each seat moves to another machine at most once every 30 days.
- If a machine failed or was replaced and the seat you need is still waiting, email [email protected] with your order number. We release it sooner.
- Lost your key? Recover it with the same order number and email.
