The sensor library did not start

The part of the sensor service that reads temperatures, clocks and fans did not start on this machine.
Why this happens
The service keeps running and still answers for everything it reads through Windows, but hardware sensors stay unavailable until the library starts. The service retries on its own.
What to do
- Restart the computer.

If the readings are still unavailable after a restart, email [email protected] with the hardware report attached.
