The Windows Event Log service is not running

The hardware-error and crash scans read the Windows event log, and the service that keeps it is stopped.

Why this happens

Windows Event Log normally runs all the time. Without it, nothing can read the records of hardware errors and crashes, including Aikonic.

What to do

  1. Press Win + R, type services.msc and press Enter.
  2. Find Windows Event Log, right-click it and choose Start.
  3. Run the scan again.
