Windows logged a fatal hardware error
You can fix this
Windows has logged a hardware error that the hardware could not recover from.
Why this happens
A fatal hardware error normally stops the machine with a blue screen or an instant restart. It comes from the processor, memory, the PCIe bus or another component reporting a fault it could not correct.
What to do
- Return any overclock, undervolt or memory profile to default.
- Install the latest BIOS and chipset driver for your board or PC; its maker’s support page lists both.
- If fatal errors continue at default settings, contact the maker of the PC or of the component named in the event. Event Viewer, under Windows Logs, System, source WHEA-Logger, names it.
