A GPU test could not start
You can fix this
The GPU tests draw through the app's browser engine or Direct3D, and neither was available.
Why this happens
The artifact scan and the VRAM test run on WebGL 2 inside the app. WebGL 2 is switched off when the graphics driver is missing or blocked by the browser engine, which also stops Direct3D load for the thermal test.
What to do
- Install the current graphics driver from NVIDIA, AMD or Intel, or from your laptop's maker.
- Run Windows Update. It keeps Microsoft Edge WebView2, the browser engine the app uses, up to date.
- Restart and run the test again.

If the test still cannot start, email [email protected] with the Tools report attached (Tools, Export test results, Export JSON).
