The sensor service is older than the app

You can fix this

The app asked the service for something it does not know yet, because the service installed on this machine is from an earlier version.

Why this happens

The app and the service are updated together by the installer. When only one of them has been replaced, newer features in the app, such as a new Tools reading, have nothing to answer them.

What to do

  1. Download the installer from aikonic.app/download and run it. It updates the service along with the app.
  2. Restart Aikonic.
