Why this happens
This is a fault in Aikonic, not in your hardware or your settings. The reading it affects shows as unavailable until the next successful read.
What to do
- Restart Aikonic. If the reading stays unavailable, restart the computer.
Send us the report
Email [email protected] with the hardware report attached (Settings, Data & exports, Export hardware report). It includes the error text, which is what we need.
