The sensor service refused the app's connection

The service is running, but the connection between it and the app did not complete.
Why this happens
The app and the service prove to each other that they belong to the same install before any reading is exchanged. A failure at that step, or a reply the app could not read, usually means the app and the service come from different versions, or something on the machine is interfering with the connection.
What to do
- Download the installer from aikonic.app/download and run it. It replaces the app and the service together, so their versions match.
- Restart the computer and run System verification again.
Send us the report
If it still fails, email [email protected] with the System verification report attached. The report records which step of the connection failed.
